Please read these terms carefully before using the 334ok platform — they form a legal agreement between you and us.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.2 One Account Policy
Each user may open only one account. Any attempt by the same person to open multiple accounts will be treated as fraudulent activity, all associated accounts will be closed, and deposited funds may be forfeited.
2.3 Providing Accurate Information at Registration
Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering an account. 334ok reserves the right to suspend or cancel an account if false or misleading information is provided. Any change in information must be reported to the support team immediately.
2.4 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. 334ok will not be held responsible for any unauthorized transactions carried out by a third party. If you notice any suspicious activity, contact our support immediately.
3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments
3.1 Supported Payment Methods
334ok currently supports transactions through the following mobile financial services in Bangladesh:

3.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal Limits
The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Transactions below these limits cannot be processed.
3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time
Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. If verification is required, it may take a little longer. Completing the wagering requirements related to any bonus is mandatory before making a withdrawal.
3.4 Transaction Verification
334ok reserves the right to request identity verification for any transaction. A photo of a national ID card or passport may need to be submitted if required. This process is followed to prevent fraud and money laundering.
4. Bonus and Promotional Terms
4.1 Wagering Requirement
A 25x wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined amount of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
4.2 Bonus Restrictions
- A bonus is applicable only once per account
- Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
- Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met
- 334ok reserves the right to cancel a bonus under special circumstances
- Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or fraudulent methods will result in forfeiture
4.3 VIP Program
334ok's VIP program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier: up to 0.3% at Bronze, 0.6% at Silver, 0.9% at Gold, 1.2% at Platinum, and up to 1.5% at the Diamond tier. Players can advance to higher tiers through regular play.
5. Fair Use and Prohibited Activities
5.1 Fair Play Policy
Every player on 334ok is expected to play honestly and within the rules. Any form of fraudulent activity, software manipulation, or system exploitation is strictly prohibited.
5.2 List of Prohibited Activities
- Using bots, automation software, or any unauthorized tools
- Attempting to claim bonus benefits by opening multiple accounts
- Attempting to influence game outcomes by colluding with other users
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities
- Harassing, threatening, or behaving in an abusive manner toward other users
- Unauthorized copying or distribution of 334ok's intellectual property
5.3 Consequences of Violations
In the event of a violation of the above policies, 334ok reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the relevant account without notice. In such cases, the balance may be forfeited and legal action may be taken if necessary.
6. Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 Conditions for Placing Bets
Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is not accepted due to a technical error, 334ok will consider it void and the staked amount will be refunded. For sports betting, results will be determined according to market rules.
6.2 Game-Related Disputes
If any dispute arises over a game result, 334ok's server logs will be considered as final evidence. 334ok reserves the right to void abnormal results caused by technical issues from game service providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe).
6.3 Service Availability
334ok reserves the right to temporarily suspend services at any time for maintenance, upgrades, or other reasons. Separate policies will apply to any games or bets in progress during such periods.
